Great quality for a great price point
One of the best liquid liners I’ve ever used!!! I used it for winged liner and Halloween makeup. LOVE the duel ended tips. You can do very fine detail and the pigment is very black for a cheaper liquid liner. I highly suggest you buy this it’s great quality!

    Great product. One end is a felt tip and the other is a brush tip. It is a solid black color. There is no issue with taking it off. Is it waterproof? No. For a regular eyeliner, it is really good.
