Step 1 – Mix : Pour Ammonia-free Colorant in Milk Developer bottle. Shake well until mixture is blended.Step 2 – Apply : Apply mixture to root area at each parting. Gently massage through hair.Step 3 – Leave in : Leave the mixture on hair for 30 minutes total.Step 4 – Rinse : Rinse hair completely
