You would think this would be a relatively easy thing to find but no- I tried a few of them and they were all garbage. Between not fitting well, not staying in place, not providing any real protection, I literally gave up and had to stop using the red light therapy device I have. I didn't want to risk harming my eyes. This pair is SO much better! It fits nicely around your eyes and truly does what it is supposed to do. The band on the nose is small and for me, it fits my face perfectly. The string that holds the googles in place is adjustable. I feel much more confident using these than any of the others I have tried. It does cover a good part of the skin around your eyes, which might be disappointing to some hoping to get the red light on the skin there. I would not do that myself but if that is what you are trying to do, then you won't like these goggles. They also come with a very nice plastic case which I really appreciate.

These red light goggles are comfortable and do a good job blocking light, and they can be worn on their own without any issues.
They are advertised as compatible with red light masks, and they do fit under my mask, but in practice they create pressure on the bridge of the nose and make the mask harder to fasten securely. My mask has removable cushioning around the eye area, which may be contributing to the fit issue, and I can’t say whether all mask designs are the same, but I will remove the cushions and try it again to see if that makes an improvement.
For comparison, I previously used another style of goggles that were worn over the mask, which avoided this problem entirely.
Individually, these goggles work well and are comfortable, but under-mask compatibility will likely depend on the specific setup.

My first thought was they seemed kind of small, I have a very small head and I was concerned they might not fit an average person well… So I made my husband try them on, he has a much larger head. I was surprised to see they seem to fit him just as well. They do appear to block much of the red light when I'm doing something with UV light. The seal around my eyes is pretty tight, and they are adjustable and lightweight. I definitely wish I'd gotten these sooner. For the price they are actually very good. I have not tried them with all of the other light colors that I occasionally use but expect to be pleased.

These goggles are perfect for using my IPL device. That bright flash is no joke. A while back I wasn’t wearing eye protection and accidentally hit the flash button — it caught me right in the eye. My vision went blurry with a partial blockage for several minutes. It was scary, and even though I’ve been using IPL carefully for years, that one mistake convinced me to never skip the goggles again.
I’ve been buying really cheap ones that aren’t very comfortable, so when I saw these with the adjustable string instead of elastic, I decided to try them. The quality is noticeably better. They feel sturdier, fit more comfortably, and the adjustable strap lets me get them just right without stretching out like the cheap elastic ones did.
They block the light effectively and are much more comfortable for longer sessions. I’m confident these will last a lot longer than the others I’ve used. If you use an IPL device at home, these are worth it for both safety and comfort.

These protective goggles worked very well with my IPL/red light device and gave me much more confidence during treatments.
