Comfortable, Effective Eye Protection for Light Therapy
These goggles work really well and feel like a high-quality product. I’ve been using them for red light therapy, and they give me peace of mind knowing my eyes are properly protected across a wide range (200–2000nm). The dark green lenses block out the light effectively without being uncomfortable to wear. The fit is secure thanks to the adjustable head cord, and they stay in place during sessions without needing constant adjustment. I also appreciate the overall build quality—they feel durable and well made, not flimsy. The included case and lens cloth are a nice bonus and make it easy to store and keep them clean. Overall, these are comfortable, reliable, and do exactly what they’re supposed to. I’d definitely recommend them if you’re using tanning beds, IPL, or red light therapy.

    These do a decent job with 660nm and above. 630nm not as much

    Tested these with a spectrometer and it looks like it blocks infrared pretty well though not completely. It struggles to block 660nm (deep red) and below. 660nm is very reduced while 630nm (red-orange) is still too intense if pointed directly at face.

    Light leakage from the corners is still an issue but 100% better than using glasses.

    These are far from professional laser safety goggles but for the price they are really good. It’s better than nothing and likely way better than the ones that come with your red light therapy device.

    These tanning goggles work really well — I can see clearly despite the green tint, and they don’t bother my eyes under bright tanning or red light therapy. My only complaint is that the thick padding around the eyes leaves “raccoon marks,” so I can’t wear them every day. Otherwise, they’re solid and protective, plus the adjustable head strap and included case are a nice touch.
