Does this cover stubborn gray hair? Do all shades provide 100% gray coverage?

Choose Knockout Collection shades (NNN/NNA) with extra pigment for stubborn grays. For resistant grays, process 45 minutes instead of 35. The vibrant shades (R/RV/RR/RC/CC) do not provide 100% gray coverage)

Can this lighten my existing hair color?

Yes, up to 2 levels on natural hair. It cannot lighten already-colored hair. For bigger changes, try Prime for Perfection or visit a Color Bar.
